These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeky apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Zeky, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2) Description of the Service
Zeky provides AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools, including but not limited to:
- Voice-to-text task creation using an AI voice assistant
- Task, workspace, and team management
- Cross-device synchronization and smart reminders
- AI-assisted productivity features and suggestions
We may modify, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary, with or without notice when reasonably required.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security controls.
- Uploading malware or content that disrupts or degrades the Service.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Abusing collaborative features (spam, harassment, impersonation, or threats).
4) User Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit (tasks, notes, uploads, voice inputs, etc.).
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5) AI Feature Disclaimer
- AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.
- The Service is not intended to provide legal, medical, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
6) Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Zeky offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock premium features including advanced AI capabilities, unlimited workspaces, and team collaboration tools.

Prices are shown in your local currency (EGP, USD, SAR, AED, or other) on the subscription screen before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
- Payment: Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price confirmed at purchase.
- Manage or cancel: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase.
- No mid-period cancellation refund: Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current active period.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
How to Cancel
iOS: Open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Zeky → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zeky → Cancel.

- Billing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we do not process payment card details directly.
- Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and keeping your billing information accurate.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle.
7) Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, protect, and retain your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
8) Service Availability & Changes
- We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
- We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
- We may update features and interfaces without prior notice when reasonably necessary to improve the Service or address security issues.
9) Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing zeky.tech.eg@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that pose a security or legal risk, with or without prior notice.
- Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution terms.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory local consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
